- Trains and Coordinates Lectors of Praise and Worship who were recent graduates of LSS to empower them to exercise their gifts and equips them to sponsor next ME and LSS.
- Trains and Coordinates Altar Servers of First Friday Eucharistic Celebration who were recent graduates of LSS to empower them to exercise their gifts and equips them to sponsor next ME and LSS.
- Maintains Reverence during Praise and Worship and First Friday Eucharistic Celebration.
- Prepares and Coordinates during Eucharistic Celebration of ME, LSS, Community Day, Prayer Counselling Seminar, and Retreat.
- Assists in the Preparations needed in the Commissioning Rites during LSS.
- Schedules and Coordinates during Sacrament of Reconciliation.
- Prepares Mass Inventory for SPE, FE, Aspirants Retreat, ME and LSS Grand Reunions.
- Maintains and Keeps Mass Inventory (including Monstrance for Vigil).
- Reviews and Maintains Guidelines for Lector, Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, Usher, and Altar Server with compliance to USCCB General Instruction of the Roman Missal.
- Schedules and Coordinates sponsor of First Friday Eucharistic Celebration.
- Blesses Venue with Holy Water before Praise and Worship and First Friday Eucharistic Celebration.
