Jesus’ saving grace is upon those who are open to the Father’s will.

 

ORDER

 

“Say to those whose hearts are frightened: be strong, fear not! Here is your God.” (Is 35:4)

 

 

PROPHECIES:  

  1. Do not discriminate that you maybe one as the Father and I are one.
  2. Open your hearts to My word; open your hearts to the poor, the powerless, the needy, the homeless.

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Act out your faith in Jesus.  Reach out to other people and trust that Jesus will do His mighty works in you & through you.
  2. Exercise and use the gifts of the Holy Spirit to be fruitful in up building the community and body of Christ.

 

THEMES AND PROMISES

 

Week#1 (23rd Sunday in Ordinary Time)                                   [Sincerity]

 

Theme:          We are open to the Father’s will when we minister with no partiality in doing His work.  

                       

Promise:       “God choose those who are poor in the world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom that he promised to those who love him.” (Jas 2:5)                          

  

Week#2 (24th Sunday in Ordinary Time)                                   [Self-Denial]

                       

Theme:          We are open to the Father’s will when we deny ourselves and take up our cross.

 

Promise:       “…whoever loses his life for my sake and that of the gospel will save it.” (Mk 8:35b)

 

Week #3 (25th Sunday in Ordinary Time)                                  [Humility]                   

 

Theme:          We are open to the Father’s will when we defer to one another in humble service.

 

Promise:       “God is my helper; the Lord sustains my life.” (Ps 54:6)

 

Week #4 (26th Sunday in Ordinary Time)                                  [Submission]

 

Theme:          We are open to the Father’s will when we break the strongholds that separate us from Him and from one another.

 

Promise:       “…because you belong to Christ…you will surely not lose his reward.” (`Mk 9: 41)
